Cozy Corner Waffles started in San Diego in 2023. The original owner crafted the perfect recipe with ingredients imported from Belgium. He then enlisted his brother to help make and deliver the waffles. In the summer of 2024, the owner decided to sell the company to his brother and sister-in-law, Benjamin and Alaina.

As the current owners, Benjamin's culinary career and Alaina's skills as a communication professional have combined to expand their home bakery to serve more coffee shops in San Diego, add new flavors and sizes to the menu, and continue to bring the good word of waffles to the people.
