Waffle Flavors
We have four different flavors for you to choose from. Each flavor can be made in our standard size or mini option.
Our base recipe is simple: flour, sugar, yeast, butter, egg, and pearl sugar.
Dietary modifications can be made to each flavor with certain exceptions*.
The OG
A timeless classic that needs no introduction, our golden, fluffy waffle is a masterful blend of simplicity and perfection.
Can also be coated in powdered sugar or cinnamon ginger sugar.
Gluten-free option available.
Waffle au Chocolate
A whimsical twist on the traditional French pastry, this is our classic waffle filled with decadent dark chocolate that positively melts in your mouth with each bite.
Gluten-free option available.
Ham & Cheese or Turkey & Cheese
A fan favorite, this sweet and savory masterpiece is filled with either ham or turkey and cheese.
Vegetarian option available. Can also be made without cheese.
Minis
The same crisp and carmelized Belgian waffle you know and love but in a smaller, cuter size. There are three minis per serving.
Packaging
We have two options for packaging: individual and bulk.
Individually packaged waffles will be places into a single serve brown paper sleeve with clear cellophane window and closed with a sticker stating the flavor.
Bulk packaged waffles will be placed in white cardboard pastry boxes with stickers on the top identifying what flavors are in the box. Each box holds 16-25 waffles so this is ideal for larger orders.

Storage and Shelf Life
Our waffles last up to three days at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required but we recommend storing them in an air tight container or packaging.
They will last indefinitely in the freezer and reheat beautifully. Our preferred method is a toaster or air fryer.
*Modifications
For gluten-free orders, we do use new equipment and thoroughly clean our waffle irons before baking, but we are not a wholly gluten-free kitchen.
At this time we do not offer vegan or dairy-free options.
Modified waffles will be clearly marked with their own unique sticker and packaged separately.
